Return Policies

Thank you for shopping at Peace Love Organic Earth. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, returns of new, unused merchandise with receipt are accepted:

 within 15 calender days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping).
 within 30 calender days of purchase for an exchange or store credit (less shipping). 
 
After 30 days all sales are final.

PLEASE NOTE:

 Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
 Item must have all tags attached. 
 Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
 Return shipping to Peace Love Organic Earth is the responsibility of the customer.
 Items that have been washed, soiled, smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes or other scents will NOT 
 be accepted.

If you wish to return an item please send an email to:

Include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. In the subject line of your email write “Request for PRA#”. You will receive a response via email with a Product Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product. NO returns will be accepted without an authorization number.

All returns must be sent by USPS or with another courier that issues a tracking number. Peace Love Organic Earth will not be held responsible for any return packages that are lost without proof of delivery to the return address.

If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel the order after it has already been shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to Peace Love Organic Earth.

For refunds on products returned from orders paid by check, money order or wire transfer of funds, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit only. Peace Love Organic Earth will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

If you receive any product from us that appears to have been damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way please contact (toll-free) @ 1-877-243-5128. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. 

USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. PEACE LOVE ORGANIC EARTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE 
IN ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION.

THE FOREGOING RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS IN OUR ONLINE INVENTORY 
WHICH ARE MARKED AS “NO RETURN” ITEMS.
